Welcome to Eugene-Springfield. We are honored to host you and your group this year and hope that your experience here surpasses your expectations.

We hope you’ll have time to enjoy our incredible natural landscape. Eugene-Springfield is centrally Devils Elbow State Park by Fred Pfughoftlocated in the Willamette Valley within an hour drive to the scenic Oregon Coast or rugged Cascade Mountains. There are a number of adventures available to visitors, from pathways along the rivers to rafting on the McKenzie River. From old growth forest trails and waterfalls, to windswept sand dunes.

Weather
Summertime temperatures in Eugene-Springfield tend to be in the 80's and usually begins in June/July, lasting through early October. Commonly, Eugene-Springfield experiences a week or so of temperatures that reach into the 90's or 100's. Eugene's summers are generally mild with warm days and cool evenings.

There is an abundance of restaurants in the Eugene-Springfield area, from fine dining along the river to quick, fresh takeout.

Shopping
A wide variety of tax-free shopping opportunities are available in Eugene-Springfield, which comprise Oregon’s second largest metropolitan area. Nationally branded stores are featured at Valley River Center, Oakway Center and Gateway Mall. Local artisan booths can be found at Eugene’s famed Saturday Market and 5th Street Public Market.

Activities
