Step 4: (Non-USA teams only) For VISA processing, you may be required to present a personalized invitation letter. To request this invitation letter please send an email to the Organizing Committee and you will be issued an official letter of invitation for your entire team roster. (Please note: a letter will only be issued once a team has completed the registration and paid all team fees).


Team Fees

January 1, 2010 – May 15, 2010 - $1200/team (US$)
                                               + $40/companion (US$)


Each Team Will Receive:

  • A minimum of 4 games of competition
  • Free entry to all games 
  • Free entry, meal and drinks at the Social Party at Island Park
  • A gift package (includes event program, maps, credential, t-shirt, etc.)
  • Access to a multitude of recreational and cultural activities, tours, and much more


Team Registration Rules

Each team can register 12 players, a coach, a delegate, and any other auxiliary up to 15 people. All of them may participate as players.


Minimum player requirements are as follows: In the men's categories 30+, 35+, 40+, 45+ and 50+ and in the women's categories 30+, 35+, 40+ and 45+ the roster shall have a minimum of 8 players. In the men's categories 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+ and 75+ and in the women's categories 50+, 55+, 60+ and 65+ the roster shall have a minimum of 10 players.


Up to three additional auxiliaries will be allowed to register over the 15 people included in the official team. The registration fee for each additional person will be $50 per person.

Cancellation: Until 45 days prior to the start of the championships, any withdrawn team, extra auxiliaries or companions will be refunded 50% of the paid fees. After that time no refund will be reimbursed.


Companion Fees

Each participant can register companions for a fee of $40 per person. Each companion will receive: the gift kit, discount tickets, gifts, and free entry to all games and to the social party.

General Waiver and Medical Release

All players are required to complete and sign a general waiver and medical release form. Once completed, please send all team forms in one envelope to:

After completing the initial registration form, team delegates may update the team roster by completing the following form: Update your Team Roster. Changes can be made to the team roster up until the first day of competition.
