Waivers: Complete and sign all necessary waivers:
Step 4: (Non-USA teams only) For VISA processing, you may be required to present a personalized invitation letter. To request this invitation letter please send an email to the Organizing Committee and you will be issued an official letter of invitation for your entire team roster. (Please note: a letter will only be issued once a team has completed the registration and paid all team fees). Team Fees January 1, 2010 – May 15, 2010 - $1200/team (US$)
Each team can register 12 players, a coach, a delegate, and any other auxiliary up to 15 people. All of them may participate as players.
Each participant can register companions for a fee of $40 per person. Each companion will receive: the gift kit, discount tickets, gifts, and free entry to all games and to the social party.
All players are required to complete and sign a general waiver and medical release form. Once completed, please send all team forms in one envelope to: Travel Lane County

After completing the initial registration form, team delegates may update the team roster by completing the following form: Update your Team Roster. Changes can be made to the team roster up until the first day of competition.
